Prepare your stay

Visit

  • Pension Engold offers the opportunity to organize a tour of the facilities with your dog before their stay.

Personal belongings

  • It is possible to bring a toy, a cushion or a blanket if they are clearly identified to feel more comfortable.

Food and Treats

  • It is important to plan enough food for the duration of your stay.

Health and vaccination requirements

  • Please bring your dog's vaccination record, including the following up-to-date vaccines:

    • DA2PP - Protects against distemper, hepatitis, parainfluenza and parvovirus.

    • Rage

    • Bordetella (kennel cough)

  • Check that your dog is treated for parasites (fleas, ticks, worms).

  • If the animal requires medication, we can administer it for a small additional fee.

Don't forget to print the caretaking agreement and sign it.

"I wanted to write to you to thank you a thousand times for the excellent service that you and your entire team have given my dog over the past 11 years. The state of confidence and peace of mind when my dog was boarded with you was greatly appreciated. Thank you also for your availability, which was sometimes last minute. Know that you all have a place in my heart because you were there for my dog with your love for dogs. Opening hours

Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Saturday from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.
Sunday from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.

Public holiday Mondays from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. For January 1st, June 24th, July 1st, December 24th, 25th and 31st no arrivals and no departures.

If you are making a payment by Interac transfer, please do so at least 2 hours before picking up the dog.
